Shipping + Returns

• SHIPPING: 

USPS - Flat Rate $5.95 on all domestic orders. 

Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders from Tuesday to Friday. Store is closed on Monday, Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped a tracking information will be provided. Cocovogue is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS.

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.

•  RETURNS: 

Returns are accepted up to 7 days from the stamped date - if the item is in the original condition and has no sign of visible wear. All items must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, No Visible signs of wear such like: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. Any packing slip marked with the Final Sale stamp is Final Sale with no exceptions. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy. 

*Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Cocovogue is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

 

• EXCHANGES: 

Exchanges without approving will be return to the sender. You will have only 7 days from the stamped date to request an exchange.

 We do not make refunds, only store credit, you will have up to 6 months to redeem your credit.
